He most recently served as Group CEO of Vistra (2022 to 2025), leading a $6.5 billion merger with Tricor, and previously held senior roles at CPA Global from 2000, serving as its CEO from 2015 to 2021 before CPA Global's 2020 sale to Clarivate; he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
