Michael Easton was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Clarivate effective August 8, 2026. He joined the company in June 2022 and, before the appointment, served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer, responsible for global controllership, financial reporting, treasury, and corporate FP&A.
Between October 2012 and May 2022 he held senior finance roles at IHS Inc. and IHS Markit, and he spent more than 14 years at Ernst & Young in assurance services. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
