Robert A. Bradway has served as a Boeing director since 2016 and chairs the Governance & Public Policy Committee while also serving on the Compensation Committee. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amgen Inc., having been CEO since 2012 and Chairman since 2013, and previously served as Amgen's President and COO and as its Executive Vice President and CFO. He brings the board critical skills in high technology, product development, financial oversight, product safety and risk management in a highly regulated industry.

Mortimer "Tim" J. Buckley joined the Boeing board in 2025 and serves on the Finance and Governance & Public Policy Committees. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Vanguard Group, where he was CEO from 2018 to 2024 and previously served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Information Officer. He brings 25 years of executive leadership with expertise in investment management, financial oversight, cybersecurity, digital technology and capital allocation.

Lynne M. Doughtie has served as a Boeing director since 2021 and chairs the Audit Committee, also serving on the Compensation Committee. She is the former U.S. Chairman and CEO of KPMG, which she led from 2015 to 2020 after a career that began in the firm's audit practice in 1985. She brings deep expertise in accounting, risk management, internal controls, information security and regulatory compliance across complex global companies.

David L. Gitlin has served as a Boeing director since 2022 and serves on the Aerospace Safety and Audit Committees. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Carrier Global Corporation, a role he has held since 2021, and previously led Collins Aerospace as President and COO and UTC Aerospace Systems as President. He brings extensive senior-level aerospace, manufacturing, safety and sustainable-innovation experience to the board.

Lynn J. Good has served as a Boeing director since 2015 and chairs the Compensation Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. She is the former Chair and CEO of Duke Energy Corporation, which she led as CEO from 2013 to 2025, and previously served as the company's President and as its Executive Vice President and CFO. A CPA with nearly 30 years of accounting experience, she brings expertise in executive leadership, safety, financial management, cybersecurity and governance in a highly regulated, capital-intensive industry.

Stayce D. Harris has served as a Boeing director since 2021 and serves on the Aerospace Safety, Governance & Public Policy and Special Programs Committees. A retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General, she served as Inspector General of the Air Force from 2017 to 2019, and she flew as a Boeing 747 pilot for United Airlines with over 10,000 flight hours before retiring in 2020. She brings the board extensive aerospace, aviation-safety, military and cybersecurity expertise.

Akhil Johri has served as a Boeing director since 2020 and chairs the Finance Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee. He is the former Executive Vice President and CFO of United Technologies Corporation, where he spent more than 30 years, and currently serves as an Operating Advisor to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. He brings extensive aerospace industry expertise together with skills in financial reporting, internal controls and risk management.

David L. Joyce has served as a Boeing director since 2021 and chairs the Aerospace Safety Committee, also serving on the Governance & Public Policy and Special Programs Committees. He is the former President and CEO of GE Aviation and a former Vice Chair of General Electric Company, with 40 years at GE Aviation including 12 years as its CEO. He brings vast aerospace, engineering and manufacturing expertise and a demonstrated track record of safety leadership and operational excellence.

Steven M. Mollenkopf has served as a Boeing director since 2020 and as independent Board Chair since 2024, also serving on the Compensation, Governance & Public Policy and Special Programs Committees. He is the former CEO of Qualcomm Incorporated, which he led from 2014 to 2021 after serving as its President and COO. He brings critical insights in engineering leadership, complex global operations, risk management and human capital management from more than 25 years at Qualcomm.

John M. Richardson has served as a Boeing director since 2019 and chairs the Special Programs Committee, also serving on the Aerospace Safety and Finance Committees. A retired U.S. Navy Admiral, he served as the 31st Chief of Naval Operations from 2015 to 2019 and as Director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program from 2012 to 2015. He brings deep expertise in safety, regulation, cybersecurity, crisis management and oversight of complex, high-risk systems.

Bradley D. Tilden joined the Boeing board in 2025 and serves on the Aerospace Safety and Finance Committees. He is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Alaska Air Group, which he led as CEO from 2012 to 2021 after serving as CFO of Alaska Airlines. He brings more than 30 years of airline and aerospace experience spanning safety, operations, supply chain management and finance, and he holds an Airline Transport Pilot license.

Robert K. "Kelly" Ortberg has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Boeing Company and a member of its board of directors since August 8, 2024, succeeding Dave Calhoun. He brings more than 35 years of aerospace and defense experience, having served as Chairman, President and CEO of Rockwell Collins from 2013 to 2018 and as CEO of Collins Aerospace from 2018 to 2020, followed by a role as Special Advisor to the office of the CEO at RTX Corporation. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Iowa and also serves on the board of Aptiv PLC.

Jesus "Jay" Malave, Jr. has served as Boeing's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 15, 2025, leading the company's financial strategy, reporting, long-range planning, treasury and investor relations. Before joining Boeing he was CFO of Lockheed Martin Corporation from 2022 to 2025 and Senior Vice President and CFO of L3Harris Technologies from 2019 to 2022, and he earlier spent more than 20 years at United Technologies Corporation in CFO roles at Carrier and UTC Aerospace Systems. He serves on the board of GE Vernova Inc.

Stephanie F. Pope is Executive Vice President of The Boeing Company and President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, a role she has held since March 2024, and she previously served as Boeing's Chief Operating Officer. Her three-decade Boeing career, which began in 1994, includes serving as President and CEO of Boeing Global Services and as CFO of both the Commercial Airplanes and Global Services businesses. She brings extensive operational, financial and program-leadership experience across the enterprise.

Brett C. Gerry has served as Boeing's Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Compliance since May 2020, having previously served for a year as the company's General Counsel. Since joining Boeing in 2008 he has held senior Law Department roles including President of Boeing Japan and General Counsel of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Before Boeing he held senior positions at the U.S. Department of Justice, including chief of staff to the U.S. Attorney General, and served as an associate counsel to the President of the United States.

Jeffrey S. Shockey has served as Boeing's Executive Vice President of Government Operations, Global Public Policy and Corporate Strategy since February 2025, overseeing U.S. government operations, global public policy, corporate strategy and Boeing Global Engagement. He returned to Boeing from RTX Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President of Global Government Relations, and he previously served at Boeing as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Defense, Space & Security. Earlier he held senior roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, including staff director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Brian J. West served as Boeing's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2021 until August 2025, when he transitioned to the role of Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Jay Malave succeeded him as CFO. During his tenure he led Boeing's finance organization through a period of financial recovery and capital-structure actions. He remains a named executive officer in Boeing's 2026 proxy statement for fiscal 2025 compensation.
