Jay Malave is executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Boeing Company, appointed in August 2025, leading financial strategy, performance, reporting, long-range planning, investor relations, treasury, controller and audit operations as a member of the Executive Council. He was most recently CFO of Lockheed Martin and previously senior vice president and CFO of L3Harris Technologies, and he spent more than 20 years at United Technologies Corporation and Pratt & Whitney, including CFO roles at Carrier Corporation and UTC Aerospace Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut, a master's in accounting from the University of Hartford and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
