Brett Gerry is the chief legal officer and executive vice president of Global Compliance for The Boeing Company, a role he assumed in May 2020 after a year as the company's general counsel, and he is the company's senior legal adviser and a member of the Executive Council. Since joining Boeing in 2008 he has served in senior Law Department positions, including president of Boeing Japan and general counsel for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. He came to Boeing after senior roles at the U.S. Department of Justice, including chief of staff to the U.S. Attorney General, and as an associate counsel to the President of the United States.
