Alamo Group Inc Leadership

Robert P. Bauer has been a director of Alamo Group since August 2015. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the L.B. Foster Company from 2012 until his retirement in 2021, and previously spent 18 years with Emerson Electric in various senior management positions.

Eric P. Etchart has been a director of Alamo Group since August 2015. From 2007 until his retirement in January 2016 he served as Senior Vice President of the Manitowoc Company, and he is a French national with over twenty years of management experience outside the U.S. He also serves as a director of Graco Inc. and as Board Chair of the WD-40 Company.

Nina C. Grooms has been a director of Alamo Group since December 2021. She has been Chief Executive Officer of CDO Solutions since November 2024, previously led Oralucent, and held executive roles at May Mobility, Ford Motor Company, and General Electric.

Colleen C. Haley has been a director of Alamo Group since December 2024. She has been President North America Seating with Forvia SE since October 2025, and previously was CEO of Quality Metalcraft/Experi-Metal and Group Vice President, Operations at Parker Hannifin Corporation.

Paul D. Householder has been a director of Alamo Group since February 2024. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ag Growth International until January 2026, and previously spent twenty-eight years with Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. in global leadership roles.

Tracy C. Jokinen has been a director of Alamo Group since August 2016. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vyaire Medical and of Acelity, and spent 22 years with Valspar Corporation. She also serves as a director of Array Technologies and Vestis Corporation.

Richard W. Parod has been a director of Alamo Group since December 2017 and was appointed Independent Board Chair in April 2024. He was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Lindsay Corporation from 2000 to 2017 and later CEO of AdeptAg.

Lorie L. Tekorius has been a director of Alamo Group since December 2019. She is President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of The Greenbrier Companies, having served in various management positions there since 1995, and is a certified public accountant.

Robert P. Hureau was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamo Group in September 2025 and joined the Board of Directors at that time. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Trailer World from April 2019 to March 2025, and earlier held CFO roles at Pharmaceutical Product Development, Acelity, and Sensata Technologies.

Agnieszka K. Kamps was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2024 after joining the Company as Executive Vice President and Treasurer in March 2024. She continues as principal financial officer; effective 2026 the principal accounting officer role passed to a newly hired Corporate Controller. Before Alamo Group she was Vice President and CFO of Americas Styrenics, LLC.

Edward T. Rizzuti joined Alamo Group as Vice President, General Counsel in July 2015, became Secretary in 2018, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2021, and transitioned to Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations in January 2025. On August 7, 2026 he notified the Company of his intent to retire effective September 11, 2026, after which he will serve as a consultant through year-end 2026.

Richard H. Raborn joined Alamo Group in 2015 and served as Executive Vice President of the Vegetation Management Division from July 2021 until his retirement on May 29, 2026. Before Alamo Group he was Vice President and General Manager of the Powertrain Metal Division at Illinois Tool Works.

Kevin J. Thomas was appointed Executive Vice President of the Company's Industrial Equipment Division in August 2024, having served as the Company's Excavation/Vacuum Truck group Vice President since February 2022. Prior to Alamo Group he was President of Navistar Defense LLC and held various roles across Navistar International.

Jeffery A. Leonard served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamo Group and as a director until his retirement, which was announced in December 2024 and became effective in September 2025. He remained with the Company in a non-executive capacity as President Emeritus until September 2025.

Reuben P. Srinivasan was appointed Vice President of Global Human Resources of Alamo Group in November 2024. Prior to his appointment he was Vice President of Human Resources at AdeptAg and previously held senior human resources roles at industrial companies including Astec Industries, Lindsay Corporation, Trimble, and Volkswagen Group.

Lori L. Sullivan was appointed Vice President, Internal Audit of Alamo Group in May 2019, having joined the Company in July 2011 and previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit for U.S. Operations and Director of Internal Audit. She has held audit positions across research and development, public utilities, and public accounting.

Greg Lucas accepted an offer to serve as Alamo Group's Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in July 2026, beginning employment on or before August 10, 2026 and serving as the Company's principal accounting officer. He most recently served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Thermon Group, and earlier held roles at BNSF Railway, Intertek, Air Liquide, and KPMG.
