Greg Lucas accepted an offer in July 2026 to serve as Alamo Group's Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, beginning employment on or before August 10, 2026 and serving as the Company's principal accounting officer. He most recently served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Thermon Group, where he had been employed since 2020. He earlier served as Assistant Corporate Controller at BNSF Railway and Controller, Americas Region at Intertek, and has held roles at Air Liquide and KPMG.
