Edward T. Rizzuti joined Alamo Group as Vice President, General Counsel in July 2015, assumed the Secretary role in 2018, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2021, and transitioned to Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations in January 2025. On August 7, 2026 he notified the Company of his intent to retire effective September 11, 2026, entering a consulting agreement running through December 31, 2026. Before Alamo Group he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Erickson Incorporated.
