Robert P. Bauer has been a director of Alamo Group since August 2015. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the L.B. Foster Company, a manufacturer and distributor of products for transportation and energy infrastructure, from 2012 until his retirement in 2021. He previously spent 18 years with Emerson Electric in various senior management positions, becoming a Group Vice President in 2004, and earlier held management positions with Rockwell Automation and Westinghouse Electric.
