Max Levchin is Affirm's Founder and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since founding the company in 2012. Affirm was spun out of 2012 MRL Investments LLC (formerly HVF, LLC), an exploration company he founded in 2011 to create and fund companies that leveraged large data sets in new ways. He also helped create Yelp and co-founded PayPal, where he served as Chief Technology Officer from its founding until its sale to eBay in 2003. He also serves on the board of The Coca-Cola Company.

Richard Galanti is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation, a position he held until March 2024, remaining an Executive Vice President until his retirement in January 2025. He joined Costco in March 1984 as Vice President, Finance, became Senior Vice President and CFO in January 1985, and served as a Costco director from January 1995 to January 2025; before Costco he worked in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He was appointed to Affirm's Board effective July 1, 2025 and serves on the Compensation Committee.

Brian D. Hughes has over 30 years of experience in financial services and consulting and has been an independent consultant and senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group since 2022, serving financial-industry clients on growth strategy, digital transformation and risk management. From 2012 to 2021 he held roles of increasing responsibility at Discover Financial Services, including Chief Risk Officer (2016-2021), and previously held executive roles including CEO of HSBC's Card and Retail Services business. He serves on Affirm's Audit and Compensation Committees.

Jeremy Liew has been a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, since 2006. Prior to joining Lightspeed, he was an executive at Netscape, AOL, Citysearch and IAC. He chairs Affirm's Compensation Committee and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Libor Michalek has served as Affirm's President since December 2022, previously serving as President, Technology, Risk and Operations from May 2021 to December 2022, President, Technology from 2018 to May 2021, and Chief Technology Officer from 2015 to 2018. Prior to joining Affirm he was an Engineering Director at YouTube and Google, and was Chief Technology Officer of Slide, a personal media-sharing service acquired by Google in 2010. He has served on Affirm's Board since 2021.

Christa S. Quarles is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Alludo, a private software company backed by KKR. She previously served as an Operating Partner of Advent International from 2019 to 2020, CEO of OpenTable from 2015 to 2018, and Chief Business Officer of NextDoor from 2014 to 2015, after holding positions of increasing responsibility at The Walt Disney Company. She is Affirm's Lead Independent Director, chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee, serves on the Compensation Committee, and sits on the board of Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Jacqueline D. Reses has served as Chief Executive Officer of Lead Bank since 2021. From October 2015 to October 2020 she was Square Capital Lead of Block, Inc. and Executive Chairman of its bank, Square Financial Services, and from September 2012 to October 2015 she was Chief Development Officer of Yahoo! Inc. Earlier she headed the U.S. media group at Apax Partners and spent seven years at Goldman Sachs in M&A and the principal investment area; she serves on the board of Nu Holdings Ltd.

Manuel ("Manolo") Sánchez is an adjunct professor at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and was president and CEO of Compass Bank, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA), from 2008 to 2017, having joined BBVA in 1990. During that time he served as a director of the American Bankers Association, the Institute of International Bankers and the Greater Houston Partnership. He serves on Affirm's Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees and on the boards of Fannie Mae and Stewart Information Services Corporation.

Noel Watson has served as Chief Financial Officer of LegalZoom since November 2020 and additionally as its Chief Operating Officer since August 2024. Prior to LegalZoom he was Chief Financial Officer at TrueCar from June 2019 to November 2020, and from April 2006 to June 2019 he served in roles of increasing responsibility at TripAdvisor, including Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. He chairs Affirm's Audit Committee.

Ryan Schneider was appointed to Affirm's Board as a Class III director effective July 1, 2026, and serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. He was Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Real Estate from 2018 to 2026, and previously served as President, Card Business for Capital One Financial Corporation from 2007 to 2016, where he was responsible for the U.S., U.K. and Canada credit card businesses, and earlier was a partner at McKinsey & Company focused on financial services. He currently serves on the board of Elevance Health, where he chairs the Audit Committee.

Rob O'Hare has served as Affirm's Chief Financial Officer since November 2024, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance from August 2020 to November 2024. Before joining Affirm he was Chief Financial Officer at Tile from February to August 2020 and Chief Financial Officer at Spark Networks from March 2015 to February 2020, and earlier held various roles at Square, Pandora, Spitfire Capital, Spectrum Equity Investors and Thomas Weisel Partners.

Michael Linford has served as Affirm's Chief Operating Officer since September 2024, and previously served as its Chief Financial Officer from August 2018 until November 2024. Before Affirm he held leadership roles at HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Chief Financial Officer of HPE Software from March 2017 to May 2018 and Vice President of M&A Integration at HPE from 2015 to March 2017, and was Vice President, License Verification and Strategic Deals at Micro Focus International. Earlier he was a Principal at KKR & Co. focused on retail and consumer private equity and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company.

Katherine Adkins has served as Affirm's Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer since July 2021, having joined as Vice President, Legal and Bank Strategy and Deputy General Counsel, Legal Platform Services in 2019. Before Affirm she was Group Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Toyota Financial Services from 2009 to 2019, and has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive, financial services and financial technology industries.
