G. Staley Cates has been an independent director of Affiliated Managers Group since April 2026 and serves on the Audit Committee. He spent his career at Southeastern Asset Management, an independent global investment management firm, where he served as Vice Chairman from 2015 through 2024 and as President from 1989 through 2015 after joining in 1986, and was Co-Portfolio Manager for the Longleaf Partners family of mutual and UCITS funds from 1989 through 2024. He received a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Marcy Engel has been an independent director of Affiliated Managers Group since September 2025 and serves on the Audit Committee. She served on the board of directors of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. from June 2018 through its acquisition by Rithm Capital Corp. in 2023, chairing the board from 2021 to 2023, and was previously Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Eton Park Capital Management, L.P. Earlier she worked for Citigroup and its predecessor firms, Salomon Smith Barney and Salomon Brothers, Inc., where she was Managing Deputy General Counsel of Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment Bank. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Annette Franqui has been an independent director of Affiliated Managers Group since May 2024 and chairs the Audit Committee. She is a Founding Partner of Forrestal Capital, LLC and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Panamerican Beverages (Panamco) and as a Managing Director in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. She currently serves on the boards of OFG Bancorp and Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. and previously served on the board of AARP, including as its Chair. She received a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Félix V. Matos Rodríguez has been an independent director of Affiliated Managers Group since January 2021 and chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is the Chancellor of the City University of New York (CUNY), a role he assumed in May 2019, and previously served as president of CUNY's Queens College and of CUNY's Eugenio María de Hostos Community College, as well as a former Cabinet Secretary for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He received a B.A. from Yale University and a doctorate in history from Columbia University.

Tracy P. Palandjian has been a director of Affiliated Managers Group since March 2012 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She is the Chief Executive Officer, co-founder, and a board member of Social Finance, Inc., a national nonprofit and registered investment advisor, and previously was a Managing Director at The Parthenon Group, where she established and led the Nonprofit Practice, after earlier working at McKinsey & Company and Wellington Management Company, LLP. She is a member of the Harvard Corporation and Vice-Chair of the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance, and received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Loren M. Starr has been a director of Affiliated Managers Group since September 2023 and has served as independent Board Chair since July 2025, succeeding Dwight D. Churchill. He retired from Invesco Ltd. in March 2021, having served as its Chief Financial Officer for 15 years from 2005 to 2020 and then as Vice Chair, and before Invesco he was Chief Financial Officer of Janus Capital Group Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and held senior corporate finance roles at Putnam Investments, Lehman Brothers Inc., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. He is currently an independent consultant and a board member of the Nuveen Fund complex, and holds a B.A. and B.S. from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jay C. Horgen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Affiliated Managers Group and joined the Board of Directors in May 2019. He was appointed President and CEO in 2019 (serving as President until June 2025 before his re-appointment to that role in April 2026), having previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2019 and as Executive Vice President, New Investments prior to 2011. Before joining AMG in 2007 he founded the private equity firm Eastside Partners, and from 1993 to 2005 he worked in asset management as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Groups at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he was a Managing Director, and Goldman Sachs & Co. He received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

Dava E. Ritchea is Chief Financial Officer of Affiliated Managers Group, having joined the Company in 2024 from Sculptor Capital Management, Inc., where she served as Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2021 and as a member of the firm's Partner Management Committee. Prior to Sculptor she was Chief Financial Officer at Assured Investment Management LLC (formerly BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC) from 2017 to 2021, and earlier held investment banking and strategy roles at Credit Suisse Group AG, Barclays Capital Inc., and Lehman Brothers Inc. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Kavita Padiyar is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Affiliated Managers Group, overseeing public company activities, corporate legal matters, and the Company's regulatory, compliance, enterprise risk management, corporate philanthropy, and human capital functions. She joined AMG in 2011 and was promoted to General Counsel in 2024, having earlier served as Managing Director, Chief Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining AMG she was a Corporate Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, and she received a B.A. in English and Sociology from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Thomas M. Wojcik served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Affiliated Managers Group until he stepped down effective March 6, 2026, at which point his responsibilities were allocated to other members of the senior leadership team. He was appointed President on June 3, 2025 while continuing as Chief Operating Officer, a role to which he had been appointed effective April 1, 2024 to oversee the Company's capital formation capabilities, and he previously served as AMG's Chief Financial Officer until being succeeded by Dava E. Ritchea on April 1, 2024. He was a named executive officer for fiscal year 2025.
