Tracy P. Palandjian

Tracy P. Palandjian joined the Affiliated Managers Group Board of Directors in March 2012 and chairs the Compensation Committee.

She is the Chief Executive Officer, co-founder, and a board member of Social Finance, Inc., a national nonprofit and registered investment advisor focused on investments that generate social impact and financial return. She previously served as a Managing Director at The Parthenon Group, where she established and led the Nonprofit Practice, and earlier worked at McKinsey & Company and Wellington Management Company, LLP. She is a member of the Harvard Corporation, Vice-Chair of the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance, and a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and she received an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
