James M. Kilts has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since October 2020 and as Chairman of the Board since March 31, 2023, a role he also held from October 2020 to April 2022; he previously served as Executive Chairman of Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp., the SPAC that merged with Advantage in 2020. He is the Founding Partner of Centerview Capital Consumer and formerly served as Chairman, CEO and President of Gillette from 2001 until its 2005 merger with Procter & Gamble, and as President and CEO of Nabisco from 1998 until its acquisition by Philip Morris in 2000. Mr. Kilts is currently Chairman of The Simply Good Foods Company and a director of Viatris Inc., and previously served on the boards of MetLife, Pfizer, Unifi and Nielsen Holdings. He holds a bachelor's degree in History from Knox College and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

David J. West has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since May 2019 and served as CEO and a director of Conyers Park (the SPAC vehicle) from May 2019 to October 2020, later serving as Co-CEO and Chairman of Conyers Park III until August 2023. He became a partner of Centerview Capital Consumer in May 2016 and previously served as CEO and President of Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Foods) from 2011 to 2015 and as CEO and President of The Hershey Company from 2007 to 2011. Mr. West currently sits on the boards of The Simply Good Foods Company and Freshpet Inc. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Bucknell University.

Christopher Baldwin has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since February 2023 and of parent Topco since February 2026, and is a Managing Partner of CVC Capital Partners, a private equity firm whose funds indirectly hold interests in the Company. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Constellation Brands and previously was President, COO and then CEO of BJ's Wholesale Club from 2015 to 2020, and CEO of Hess Retail Corporation from 2010 to 2015, with earlier executive roles at Kraft Foods, The Hershey Company, Nabisco and Procter & Gamble. He is the former chairman of the National Retail Federation. Mr. Baldwin graduated from Siena College with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

Tiffany Han has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since October 2020 and of parent Topco since June 2020. She is a Managing Director with CVC, the private equity firm whose funds indirectly hold shares in the Company and Topco, which she joined in 2013 after working in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at UBS Investment Bank. Ms. Han also serves on the board of privately held PDC Brands. She received her Bachelor in Business Administration from Emory University.

Adam Levyn has served on the board of Advantage Solutions since October 2023 and is a Partner with Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., a private equity firm he joined in 2011 after earlier roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Bear, Stearns & Co. He has served on the board of Clarivate Plc since October 2020 and currently serves on the boards of privately held CHG Healthcare Services, ExamWorks Group, HUB International and OMNIA Partners. Mr. Levyn earned a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Virginie Costa has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since October 2020 and brings over 20 years of financial and operational experience with consumer brands. She served as Senior Vice President Finance North America of Mondelez from July 2023 through March 2025, and was previously Global CFO of Wella AG and of Godiva Chocolatier, and CFO/COO of Burberry Americas, with earlier senior finance roles at Hermes of Paris. She began her career in public accounting at KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Costa holds a degree equivalent to an MBA from France's Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Nantes (now Audencia).

Timothy J. Flynn has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since October 2020 and of parent Topco since July 2014, and is an advisory partner with Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., which he joined in 2003. He was previously a director in the investment banking department of Credit Suisse First Boston, joining following its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Flynn also serves on the boards of The Wrench Group, Veritext Legal Solutions, Insight Global and OMNIA Partners. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Brown University.

Brian K. Ratzan has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since its inception, having been CFO and a director of Conyers Park (the SPAC) until October 2020. He has been a Partner of Centerview Capital Consumer since April 2014 and has over 25 years of private equity investing experience, previously serving as Partner and Head of U.S. Private Equity at Pamplona Capital Management and as Managing Director and Head of Consumer at Vestar Capital Partners. Mr. Ratzan has served on the board of The Simply Good Foods Company since July 2017. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Thomas Turner has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since February 2026 and is a Senior Managing Director of CVC Advisors (U.S.) Inc., a global private markets manager, a role he has held since September 2022. He previously served as a Managing Director at Apollo Global Management from October 2021 to September 2022 and as a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from October 2019 to October 2021. Mr. Turner received a B.A. from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Jody L. Macedonio has served on the board of Advantage Solutions since May 2023 and is a senior financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, including roles at Nestle, Frito Lay and Henkel. She served as CFO of Meati from August 2022 through November 2023 and as CFO of Chobani from December 2020 to June 2022, and was previously EVP and CFO of 8th Avenue Food & Provision and of Dean Foods. She currently serves on the board of Nutrabolt. Ms. Macedonio received a B.S. from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Robin Manherz has served on the board of Advantage Solutions since October 2021 and brings 25 years of experience in technology and business. She has been Head of Marquee Go-to-Market at ServiceNow since March 2024 and previously served as EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Customer Success at SAP and, before that, EVP and Chief Performance Officer of SAP SE, among a series of senior roles at SAP from 2007 onward. Ms. Manherz also served on the board of Qualtrics International from 2022 to 2023. She received a B.S., summa cum laude, in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Deborah Poole has served as a director of Advantage Solutions since May 2022 and is an experienced board member and C-suite leader in the consumer technology and ecommerce sectors. She serves on the boards of Idelic, Inc. and Placemakr, previously served on the board of Drizly (through its 2021 acquisition by Uber), and was Chief Business Officer at Whoop, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. From 2010 to 2019 she held various roles at Wayfair, including founding and running Wayfair Canada. Ms. Poole received an M.S. from Georgia Tech and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Xiaofeng "Frank" Yao has served as a director of Advantage Solutions and of parent Topco since February 2026 and currently serves as President and Chief Commercial Officer of VXI Global Solutions, a global business process outsourcing company, a role he has held since December 2023. From February 2008 to November 2023 he was a Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity, and earlier held leadership positions at Bain & Company and Oliver Wyman. Mr. Yao received a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

David Peacock has served as Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Solutions and its parent Karman Topco since February 2023 and joined the board of directors that same month. Before Advantage, he was Chief Operating Officer of Continental Grain Company from October 2021 to January 2023 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Schnuck Markets from May 2017 to October 2021, and he spent roughly 20 years in various roles at Anheuser-Busch, including as its President from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Peacock has served as a director of Stifel Financial Corp. since 2017, where he is currently lead director, and previously served on the boards of Wayne-Sanderson Farms and Vitaligent. He received his B.A. from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Christopher Growe has served as Chief Financial Officer of Advantage Solutions since March 27, 2023. He previously spent more than 15 years as a Managing Director at Stifel, where he provided sell-side analyst coverage of food and tobacco stocks in the consumer and retail sector, and earlier covered food, beverage and tobacco stocks at A.G. Edwards. Mr. Growe began his career in marketing at Anheuser-Busch and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Saint Louis University. He served as the Company's principal accounting officer until March 2025, when Daniel Gore assumed that role, and he continues as principal financial officer.

Jeffrey Harsh has served as Chief Operating Officer, Branded Services of Advantage Solutions since August 25, 2025. He joined from The Hershey Company, where he served as Vice President, Large Format & Private Label Salty Snacks from October 2024 to August 2025 and as Vice President, Customer Strategy & Development from June 2018 through September 2024, following a series of positions of increasing responsibility from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Harsh received his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.

Michael Taylor has served as Chief Operating Officer, Retailer Services and Activation of Advantage Solutions since February 2026, having previously served as COO, Retailer and Experiential Services and COO, Retailer Services in prior roles dating to October 2023. From May 2022 to September 2023 he was President of Global Customer Solutions, and before that he held various leadership roles at the Company's subsidiary Daymon Worldwide, including as its President from August 2015 to May 2022. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University at Montgomery.

George Johnson has served as Chief Operating Officer, Demonstration Services and Workforce Operations of Advantage Solutions since February 2026, and previously served as the Company's Chief Workforce Operations Officer from December 2024 to February 2026. Before joining Advantage, he was President, Carolinas at Sysco Corp from November 2022 to December 2024 and Vice President, Hospitality at Aramark Corporation from September 2011 to November 2022. Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor's in General Studies from Lamar University.

Daniel Gore was appointed Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of Advantage Solutions effective March 24, 2025, succeeding Christopher Growe in that role. From June 2023 to March 2025 he served as Vice President-Finance for 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, and from September 2019 to January 2023 as Senior Vice President Finance & Chief Accounting Officer for Benson Hill, an agriculture technology company. He previously held financial executive roles at Save-A-Lot Stores, ABEO Footwear, Essence Healthcare and Ralcorp Holdings. Mr. Gore received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and an MBA in Finance from Washington University.

Dean General joined Advantage Solutions in March 2025, initially appointed Chief Operating Officer, Branded Services (succeeding Jack Pestello) effective March 24, 2025, and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025 as Chief Industry Development Officer. He previously served as General Manager Retailer Brands and Senior Vice President Commercial Development for Henkel Consumer Brands from June 2021 through March 2025, and as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of TreeHouse Foods from February 2019 to January 2021, with earlier senior leadership roles at Newell Brands, Kraft Heinz and Kraft Foods. Mr. General received his B.S. from Rider University and holds an Executive Scholar credential from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Jack Pestello served as Chief Operating Officer, Branded Services of Advantage Solutions and was a named executive officer through his departure in 2025; he entered into a separation agreement effective March 6, 2025 and was succeeded by Dean General effective March 24, 2025. He originally joined the Company under an employment agreement dated March 28, 2023. For fiscal 2025 he received severance benefits of $369,231 as part of his separation arrangement.

Andrea Young served as Chief Operating Officer, Experiential Services of Advantage Solutions and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. Effective August 18, 2025 she entered into a transition agreement under which her salary was reduced from $525,000 to $60,000 and she agreed to continue in a non-executive capacity through August 15, 2026, at which point her employment will end; she is entitled to cash severance of $525,000 payable over 12 months. The agreement relates to her role at the Company's Club Demonstration Services subsidiary.
