Carla J. John F. Ferraro has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since February 2015 and chairs the Audit Committee, where he is designated an audit committee financial expert. He served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Ernst & Young from 2007 to December 2014 and retired as an EY partner in January 2015, having joined the firm in 1976 and served on its Global Executive Board for more than a decade. A Certified Public Accountant for 35 years, he founded RP Intellectual Partners LLC in November 2022. He has served as a director of ManpowerGroup Inc. since January 2016 and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. since May 2015.

Joan M. Hilson has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since March 2022, chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee as an audit committee financial expert. She has been Chief Operating & Financial Officer of Signet Jewelers Ltd. since October 2024, after serving as its Chief Financial & Strategy Officer from March 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer since April 2019. She was previously Chief Financial Officer of David's Bridal Inc. (2014-2019) and held EVP and CFO roles at American Eagle Outfitters and Limited Brands, including CFO of the Victoria's Secret Stores division.

Cynthia T. Jamison has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since March 2026. She has been Chair of the Board of Darden Restaurants, Inc. since September 2023, having served as a Darden director since 2014. She was previously Chief Financial Officer of AquaSpy, Inc. (2009-2012) and a Partner of Tatum LLC (1999-2009), where she led its CFO practice and served as CFO for eight organizations. She has extensive governance experience, having chaired the boards of Big Lots Stores (2022-2025) and Tractor Supply Company (2014-2023), and currently serves as a director of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.

Richard A. Johnson has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since January 2026 and sits on the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Foot Locker, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2022 and its Chairman from 2016 to 2023, capping a nearly 30-year tenure that included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has been Chairman of the Board of H&R Block, Inc. since September 2015 and a director of Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. since March 2025.

Eugene I. Lee, Jr. has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since November 2015 and as independent Chair of the Board. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Darden Restaurants, Inc. from February 2015 to May 2022 and Chairman from January 2021 to September 2023, having joined Darden as President of its Specialty Restaurant Group following the 2007 acquisition of RARE Hospitality International, where he had been President and a director since 2001. He has served as a director of Portillo's Inc. since June 2025 and as its Chairman since March 2026.

Thomas W. Seboldt has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since March 2024 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He has been President of Seboldt Consulting Services LLC, an automotive-industry consulting firm, since January 2019. He spent the majority of his career at O'Reilly Automotive, Inc. from 1987 until November 2018, holding titles of increasing responsibility including Vice President, Merchandising, and has served in leadership roles with industry associations including the California Automotive Wholesalers' Association and the Auto Care Association.

Gregory L. Smith has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since March 2024, chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Finance Committee. He has been Chief Supply Chain Officer of Walgreen Co. since December 2025. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Operations of Medtronic plc (2024-2025) and Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain (2021-2024), and before that as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain of Walmart Inc. (2017-2021) and Senior Vice President, Global Operations of The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company (2011-2016).

A. Brent Windom has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since March 2024 and serves on the Compensation and Finance Committees. He has been President of Windom Consulting LLC since July 2021. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Uni-Select Inc. (2019-2021), President and COO of its Canadian Automotive Group (2017-2019) and President and CEO of Auto Plus | Pep Boys (2016-2017). He has spent nearly four decades working across the automotive aftermarket, including a decade at Uni-Select in roles of increasing responsibility.

Shane M. O'Kelly has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts and as a director since September 2023. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of HD Supply, Inc., a Home Depot subsidiary, from December 2020 to September 2023, and Chief Executive Officer of Interline Brands, Inc. from March 2018 until its 2020 merger into Home Depot. Earlier he was CEO of PetroChoice Holdings, Inc. (2011-2018) and AH Harris & Sons, Inc. (2008-2011). He has served as a director of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since January 2026 and formerly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Ryan P. Grimsland has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advance Auto Parts since he joined the company in November 2023. He previously spent his career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. beginning in 2006, most recently as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Transformation (from January 2023) and Senior Vice President, Finance - Corporate Finance, Enterprise Strategy and Treasurer (2021-2023), and earlier in vice president finance roles across global FP&A, U.S. retail operations and international. Before Lowe's he held operations and finance positions at Haverty's Furniture Companies and UBS Group AG.

Bruce M. Starnes, III has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchant of Advance Auto Parts since he joined the company in June 2024. He previously spent nearly 20 years at Target Corporation in merchandising and omnichannel roles of increasing seniority, most recently as Senior Vice President, Merchandising Capabilities and Operations (2023-2024), President of Target in India and Senior Vice President (2020-2023), and Vice President, Digital Partnerships and New Business Development (2018-2020).

Jeffrey R. Vining has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Advance Auto Parts since he joined the company in March 2025. He came from Unifi Manufacturing, Inc., where he was General Counsel and Secretary from July 2024 to February 2025, and previously spent more than 15 years in the legal department of Lowe's Companies, most recently as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant Secretary (2018-2023).

Michael P. Beland has served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Advance Auto Parts since he joined the company in January 2025. He came from Driven Brands Holdings, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2021, and previously served as Corporate Controller of Wolfspeed, Inc. (formerly Cree, Inc.) and in senior accounting roles at PPD, LLC and OrthoSynetics, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, he began his career at public accounting firms including Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Anthony T. Hurst has served as Senior Vice President, Store Operations and DIY Transformation of Advance Auto Parts since he joined the company in December 2025, leading operations across all U.S. stores. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Retail Operations and Tracker Marine Boating Centers at Bass Pro Shops (2023-2025), Senior Vice President, Professional and Services at Lowe's (2022-2023) and President of Lowe's Canada (2020-2022). Earlier he held senior roles at Lowe's in strategy and transformation, at JCPenney in store operations, and at The Home Depot as a store, district and regional leader.
