John F. Ferraro has served as an Advance Auto Parts director since February 2015 and chairs the Audit Committee, where he is designated an audit committee financial expert. He served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Ernst & Young from 2007 to December 2014 and retired as an EY partner in January 2015, having joined the firm in 1976 and served on its Global Executive Board for more than a decade. A Certified Public Accountant for 35 years, he founded RP Intellectual Partners LLC in November 2022. He has served as a director of ManpowerGroup Inc. since January 2016 and International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. since May 2015.
