Patricia A. Little has served as a director of Ulta Beauty since 2019 and chairs its Audit Committee (since 2024), contributing more than 30 years of finance, accounting, and treasury leadership. She was Chief Financial Officer of The Hershey Company (2015-2019) and of Kelly Services, Inc. (2008-2015), and earlier served as General Auditor of Ford Motor Company. She previously served on the board of McCormick & Company.
