Rene G. Cásares was named Chief Legal Officer of Ulta Beauty effective April 7, 2025, and also serves as Corporate Secretary. Before joining Ulta Beauty he was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Academy Sports + Outdoors, a role he assumed in December 2024 after serving as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary from March 2018. He leads Ulta Beauty's legal, compliance, and governance functions.
