Lorna E. Nagler has served as a director of Ulta Beauty since 2009 and as Independent Chair of the Board since 2022, bringing nearly 40 years of retail leadership experience. She was previously President of Bealls Department Stores (2011-2016) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Christopher & Banks Corporation (2007-2010), with earlier roles at Charming Shoppes, Kmart, Kids 'R' Us, and Montgomery Ward. She also serves on the board of Leslie's, Inc. and previously served on the board of Hibbett, Inc.
