George R. Mrkonic has served as a director of Ulta Beauty since 2015 and chairs its Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee (since 2022), bringing more than 40 years of retail and manufacturing leadership. He was Vice Chair and President of Borders Group, Inc. and President of the Kmart Specialty Retailing Group. He currently serves on the board of AutoZone, Inc. and previously served on the board of Brinker International.
