Customer Concentration

Toro states it is not dependent on any single customer over the long term; products are sold worldwide through distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental centers and home centers, as well as online and direct to end-users. While the loss of a substantial customer could have a material adverse short-term impact, the company believes its diverse distribution channels and customer base reduce the long-term impact of any such loss. In fiscal 2025, the Professional segment accounted for 80.3% of consolidated net sales, Residential 19.0%, and Other 0.7%.
