Toro Co Leadership

Richard M. Olson is Chairman of the Board (since November 2017) and Chief Executive Officer (since November 2016) of The Toro Company, capping nearly 40 years with the company. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer and in senior roles leading Toro's international, ag-irrigation and distributor-development businesses. Under a leadership-succession plan announced in July 2026, Olson is to transition to Executive Chairman effective November 1, 2026.

Edric C. Funk is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Toro Company, a role he assumed in September 2025, and was elected to the Board of Directors effective July 21, 2026. He joined Toro in 1996 as a design engineer and held roles of increasing responsibility across the Residential, Landscape Contractor, International and Commercial businesses, later leading the Center for Technology, Research and Innovation and the Golf, Grounds and Irrigation group. The Board elected him to become President and Chief Executive Officer effective November 1, 2026 as part of the company's succession plan.

Gary L. Ellis is Toro's Lead Independent Director and serves on the Audit and Finance committees. He retired from Medtronic plc, where he held roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Operations, Information Technology and Facilities & Real Estate. He also serves as a director of Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. and previously served on the board of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc.

Dianne C. Craig serves on Toro's Audit and Finance committees. She spent her career at Ford Motor Company, most recently as President of Lincoln until her retirement in April 2025, and earlier as President of International Markets (Thailand), Chief Executive Officer of FordDirect and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company of Canada. She brings executive leadership experience in channel strategy, dealer relationships, digital technologies and international operations.

Eric P. Hansotia is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AGCO Corporation, a global agricultural-equipment manufacturer, positions he has held since January 2021. Before AGCO he spent 20 years at Deere & Company in various senior leadership positions. At Toro he serves on the Compensation & Human Resources and Nominating and Governance committees.

Jeffrey L. Harmening is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Mills, Inc., where he has served as CEO since June 2017 and Chairman since January 2018. He previously held roles including President and Chief Operating Officer of General Mills and CEO of Cereal Partners Worldwide. At Toro he chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

D. Christian Koch is Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a portfolio of building-product businesses. He has served as Carlisle's CEO since January 2016 and Chairman since May 2020, having earlier led several of its operating segments around the world. At Toro he chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and serves on the Compensation & Human Resources Committee.

Joyce A. Mullen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc., an information-technology solutions company, a role she has held since January 2022. She previously spent 21 years at Dell Technologies, including as President of its Global Channel, OEM and IoT business, and earlier held leadership roles at Cummins Engine Company. She serves on Toro's Compensation & Human Resources and Nominating and Governance committees.

James C. O'Rourke served as Chief Executive Officer of The Mosaic Company, a global crop-nutrients producer, from 2015 until December 2023 and as a Senior Advisor until his retirement in June 2024. Earlier he was Mosaic's President and Chief Operating Officer. At Toro he chairs the Compensation & Human Resources Committee and serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee, and he is also a director of Rio Tinto plc.

Jill M. Pemberton is Chief Financial Officer, North America of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, a position she has held since July 2020. She previously held senior finance roles at Viacom (now Paramount Global), Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Heinz, Delta Air Lines and ZF Group. At Toro she chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Finance Committee.

Angela C. Drake has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Toro Company since March 2023. She previously served as Vice President, Finance; Vice President, Construction; and Senior Managing Director, Integration, and earlier was Chief Financial Officer of The Charles Machine Works, Inc., which Toro acquired in April 2019.

Peter D. Moeller has served as Group Vice President, Underground, Specialty Construction and International since October 2025, having led the Underground and Specialty Construction group since March 2023. He previously served as Vice President, International and Vice President, Sitework Systems.

Gregory S. Janey has served as Group Vice President, Landscapes and Contractor since November 2022. He previously served as Vice President, Residential and Landscape Contractor Businesses and as General Manager of those businesses.

Jason P. Baab has served as Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Sustainability since July 2023. Before joining Toro he held several roles at Oshkosh Corporation, most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Strategy, and Venture Capital.

Kevin N. Carpenter has served as Vice President, Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain since December 2021. Before joining Toro he held several operations and quality leadership roles at Carrier Global Corporation.

Lori A. Riley has served as Vice President, Human Resources since April 2025. She previously was Chief People and Administrative Officer at Northern Tool + Equipment and held senior human-capital leadership roles at Optum and Rally Health.

Kurt D. Svendsen has served as Vice President, Technology since March 2023. He previously served as Vice President, Strategy, Corporate and Channel Development and, earlier, as Vice President, Information Technology at Toro.

Joanna M. Totsky has served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since June 2023. Before joining Toro she held senior legal roles at Cooper-Standard Holdings, including Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Transformation Officer and Secretary.

Grant M. Young has served as Group Vice President, Golf, Grounds and Irrigation since September 2025. He previously served as Vice President, Commercial and as General Manager, Commercial at Toro.
