He has more than 25 years of restaurant-industry experience across Texas Roadhouse, Frost Brown Todd, Yum! Brands, and KPMG.

Mujica is Chief Technology Officer of Texas Roadhouse, appointed in January 2023 after serving as Chief Information Officer from June 2021. He joined the company in January 2012 as Vice President of Information Technology and was subsequently promoted to Chief Information Officer, and previously held senior management positions at The Home Depot and Arthur Andersen. He has over 30 years of restaurant-industry and consulting experience.

Doster is Chief Communications Officer of Texas Roadhouse, appointed in November 2023, leading the company's communications, marketing, events, public affairs, government relations, and corporate sustainability functions. He joined the company in 2006 as Director, then Senior Director, of Communications and was promoted to Vice President of Communications in 2018, and previously was a Vice President at FSA Public Relations. He has over 30 years of media, public-relations, and restaurant-industry experience.

Marshall is Chief Growth Officer of Texas Roadhouse, appointed in August 2025, leading the Bubba's 33 concept and supporting construction, design, real estate, development, and facilities functions across all concepts. He joined Texas Roadhouse in 1997 as a Managing Partner in Killeen, Texas, was promoted to Market Partner in 2003 and to Vice President of Operations - Bubba's 33 in 2021, and previously was a multi-unit operator with Landry's Seafood. He has over 35 years of restaurant-industry experience.

Humpich is Chief Accounting and Financial Services Officer of Texas Roadhouse, appointed in December 2025 following service as interim Chief Financial Officer, and continues to serve as the company's principal accounting officer. He joined the company in February 2005 as Director, then Senior Director, of Internal Audit, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2021, and served as interim CFO from January 2023 to June 2023 and again from June 2025 to December 2025. He previously held finance and audit positions at Lexmark International and Ernst & Young LLP and has over 30 years of accounting, audit, and finance experience.

Monroe served as Chief Financial Officer of Texas Roadhouse until his separation from the company effective June 9, 2025, and is included as a named executive officer in the 2026 proxy statement solely due to that former role. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2023, and his departure was treated as a termination without cause under his executive employment agreement. He served as the company's principal financial officer until Keith Humpich assumed interim CFO duties upon his departure.
