Lisa Ingram was appointed to the Texas Roadhouse Board of Directors on March 5, 2026. She is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of White Castle System, Inc., which she has led since 2015 as the fourth-generation family member to run the 105-year-old company, operating around 340 restaurants across 14 states and six manufacturing plants.
She also chairs the Board of OhioHealth and serves as a board member of M/I Homes (NYSE: MHO). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Ohio State University.
