Hugh J. Carroll has served as a director of Texas Roadhouse since 2025 and is not an independent director. He joined the company in August 2012 as Vice President of International, was named President of International in 2019, and later led the Jaggers brand until his retirement from the company in early January 2026. Earlier in his career he served as acting Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Rosinter Restaurants Holding in Moscow and held multiple operations roles with Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, giving him over 35 years of multi-unit restaurant experience.
