Michelle A. Kumbier has been Senior Vice President and President, Turf & Consumer Products, of Briggs & Stratton, LLC, a manufacturer of engines, batteries and outdoor power equipment, since March 2022, and is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Harley-Davidson Motor Company (2017-2020), where she held various executive roles from 1997 to 2017 after beginning her career at Kohler Company in 1986. She has served on the board of Abbott Laboratories since 2018 and Ryerson Holding Corporation since April 2024, and was a director of Tenneco Inc. from August 2021 to November 2022.

Robert A. Malone has been Executive Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Sonora Bancshares, Inc., a privately-held community bank, since 2014, and Chairman, President and CEO of The First National Bank of Sonora, Texas (Sonora Bank) since 2014, having joined those institutions in 2009. He was previously an Executive Vice President of BP plc and Chairman and President of BP America Inc. from 2006 to 2009, and serves as a director and Lead Director of Halliburton Company (director since 2009, Lead Director since 2018) and a director and Non-Executive Chairman of Peabody Energy Corporation (director since 2009).

Simon M. Lorne is a Senior Advisor at Millennium Management LLC, a hedge fund management company he joined in 2004, where he held roles including Vice Chairman and Chief Legal Officer. He previously served as General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as a partner with Munger Tolles & Olson LLP (1999-2004), and as a Managing Director of Citigroup/Salomon Brothers, and from 2016 through 2020 was Chairman of the Alternative Investment Management Association.

Vincent J. Morales is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PPG Industries, Inc., having joined PPG in 1985 and served as its CFO since March 2017 after progressing through accounting and finance roles including controllership, investor relations and treasury. He is part of PPG's three-person Executive Committee with oversight of the company's information technology and M&A organizations, and has announced his retirement from PPG effective in July 2026.

Wesley W. von Schack is the Chairman of AEGIS Insurance Services, a property and casualty mutual insurance company, a position held since 2007, and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy East Corporation from 1996 to September 2009. He was lead director of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation from 2010 to May 2020, and a director of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation from 2007 through April 2016 and Mellon Financial Corporation from 1989 to 2007.

Laura A. Black has served as a Managing Director of Needham & Company, LLC, a full-service investment banking firm, since 1999, where she has raised public and private equity capital for technology companies and advised on mergers and acquisitions. She previously was a Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Black & Company (1995-1999), a Director at TRW Avionics & Surveillance Group (1993-1995), and an electrical engineer at TRW (1983-1992), and currently serves on the boards of Viavi Solutions, Inc. and Ichor Holdings, Ltd.

Robert Mehrabian is Executive Chairman of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated; he was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from October 15, 2021 to December 31, 2023, Executive Chairman starting January 1, 2019, and Chairman, President and CEO starting in 2000 (President and CEO since Teledyne's formation in 1999). Before the 1999 spin-off from Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), he led ATI's Aerospace and Electronics segment and served as President of Carnegie Mellon University, and has been a director of PPG Industries, Mellon Financial Corporation and The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.

Jane C. Sherburne is principal of Sherburne PLLC, a legal consulting firm, and previously served as Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (2010-2014) and of Wachovia Corporation (2008-2009), and as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel of Citigroup's Global Consumer Business (2001-2008). She was a litigation partner at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, served as Special Counsel to the President in the Clinton White House (1994-1997), was an independent director of HSBC USA entities from 2015 to 2023, and currently serves on the board of Perella Weinberg Partners.

Michael T. Smith is the retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hughes Electronics Corporation, positions held from October 1997 until May 2001. He was a director of FLIR Systems, Inc. from 2002 until its acquisition by Teledyne in May 2021, and has served on the boards of EliCeres (formerly Zero Gravity Solutions), WABCO Holdings (2009-2020), Ingram Micro Corporation (2001-2014), Alliant Techsystems (ATK) (1997-2009), and Anteon International Corporation (2005-2006); he is Teledyne's Lead Director.

George C. Bobb III has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Teledyne since April 28, 2025, and was appointed to the Board on October 21, 2025; he was previously President and Chief Operating Officer (from January 1, 2024), Segment President of the Aerospace and Defense Electronics Segment, Executive Vice President (2023), and Senior Vice President (since October 2021), having joined Teledyne over 18 years earlier in executive and legal roles including Chief Compliance Officer. Before Teledyne, he was Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Security Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and an active-duty U.S. Coast Guard officer who commanded the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Marlin.

Kenneth C. Dahlberg served as Chief Executive Officer of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from November 2003 through September 2009 and as Chairman of the Board of SAIC from July 2004 until his retirement in June 2010. Prior to SAIC he was Executive Vice President of General Dynamics, responsible for its Information Systems and Technology Group, and President and Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Systems, and he served as a director of Parsons Corp. (2011-2020) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. (2011-2017).

Stephen F. Blackwood has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Teledyne since February 18, 2025. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 2023, Senior Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, Tax and Treasurer since January 1, 2019, and prior to that was Vice President and Treasurer of Teledyne for more than five years.

Jason VanWees has been Vice Chairman of Teledyne since October 15, 2021. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President since January 1, 2019 and Senior Vice President, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions since July 2013, having held various executive positions at Teledyne for more than five years before that.

Melanie S. Cibik has been Executive Vice President of Teledyne since January 1, 2024, General Counsel and Secretary since September 2012, and Chief Compliance Officer since August 2016; she was Senior Vice President of Teledyne from September 2012 through December 2023 and held executive and legal positions at Teledyne for more than five years before that. She was a director of OPUS Bank from August 2019 to June 1, 2020, when it was acquired by Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc.

Cynthia Belak has been Senior Vice President and Controller of Teledyne since February 18, 2025. She was previously Vice President and Controller from May 2015 and Vice President, Risk Assurance since January 2012, having held other finance positions at Teledyne since January 2010.
