Kenneth C. Dahlberg served as Chief Executive Officer of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from November 2003 through September 2009, and served as Chairman of the Board of SAIC from July 2004 until his retirement in June 2010.

Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Dahlberg served as Executive Vice President of General Dynamics, where he was responsible for its Information Systems and Technology Group, and prior to that served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Raytheon Systems.

Mr. Dahlberg is a member of Teledyne's Audit Committee and Personnel and Compensation Committee. He notified the Company of his intent to retire and cease being a member of the Board immediately prior to the 2026 Annual Meeting.
