Jane C. Sherburne is currently principal of Sherburne PLLC, a legal consulting firm providing strategic advice in crisis environments and in connection with regulatory policy developments.
From May 2010 to July 2014, she served as Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.
