Patrick J. O'Leary has served as non-employee Chairman of the Board of SPX since September 26, 2015. He retired in August 2012 from SPX, having served as Vice President, Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from 1996, and later as Executive Vice President in 2004.
