Customer Concentration

PubMatic defines revenue concentration by individual publisher, and no publisher represented more than 10% of revenue in 2023, 2024, or 2025. On the demand side, however, the company depends on a limited number of large demand-side platforms (DSPs) for a large percentage of impressions purchased, and its two largest DSP relationships are with Google and The Trade Desk. As of December 31, 2025, three buyers accounted for 24%, 16%, and 14%, respectively, of accounts receivable (versus two buyers at 44% and 11% as of December 31, 2024).
