Rajeev K. Goel is one of PubMatic's co-founders and has served on its Board of Directors since September 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer since December 2008, growing the company from a four-person startup to a public company with over 1,000 employees across 18 offices worldwide and leading its December 2020 IPO on Nasdaq. He serves on the board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), is a Trustee of The Johns Hopkins University, and was named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022 Bay Area Award winner. Before co-founding PubMatic he was a Senior Director of Product Marketing at SAP AG, a Principal at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, and a co-founder of Chipshot.com; he holds an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.

Amar K. Goel is the founder of PubMatic, has served as Chairman and a director since 2006, and became Chief Innovation Officer in February 2021, where he leads marketplace strategy, machine-learning initiatives, and EMEA/APAC operations on a part-time basis. He was PubMatic's first Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2008 and has founded and scaled several other companies, including Komli Media (which he ran and later sold in 2015) and RevX. He holds an A.B. in Economics and an M.S. in Computer Science from Harvard University, where as a student he co-founded Chipshot.com.

Susan Daimler has been a PubMatic director since November 2020 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee while also serving on the Compensation Committee. She served as President of Zillow Group from February 2021 to November 2024, responsible for $1.5 billion in annual revenue, after earlier senior roles at Zillow and co-founding the startups Buyfolio and SeatGuru. In August 2025 she joined the board of Cushman & Wakefield plc, and she serves on the Board of Trustees of The Johns Hopkins University; she holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins.

Shelagh Glaser has served as a PubMatic director since June 2022 and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert, having chaired the Audit Committee until July 2025. She has been Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, Inc. since December 2022, was previously CFO of Zendesk from May 2021 to November 2022, and spent approximately 29 years at Intel Corporation in progressively senior finance and operational leadership roles. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Anton Hanebrink has served as a PubMatic director since August 2023 and is an audit committee financial expert on the Audit Committee. He has been Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Strategy & Development Officer of Intuit Inc. since 2019, where he has led over $20 billion of strategic acquisitions, and previously headed corporate development at Square (now Block, Inc.). He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ramon Jones was appointed to PubMatic's board in December 2023 and serves on the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Nationwide, a Fortune 100 insurer, from November 2019 until his retirement in March 2025, having joined the company in 2000 and held progressively senior marketing roles. In November 2025 he joined the board of MediaAlpha, Inc.; he holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.

Nick Mehta has been a PubMatic director since August 2023 and chairs the Compensation Committee. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Gainsight from February 2013 to August 2025, scaling the company past 1,400 employees to a $1.1 billion Vista Equity Partners acquisition, and earlier led LiveOffice to its sale to Symantec. He has served on the board of F5, Inc. since January 2019 and holds a B.A. and an M.S. in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Jacob Shulman was appointed to PubMatic's board in June 2022 and chairs the Audit Committee, qualifying as an audit committee financial expert. He has been Chief Financial Officer of Tekion Corp. since January 2024, was previously CFO of JFrog from May 2018 to December 2023 (through its 2020 IPO), and served as CFO of Mellanox Technologies from November 2012 to May 2018 before its acquisition by NVIDIA. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Steven Pantelick has served as PubMatic's Chief Financial Officer since 2011 and in August 2026 announced plans to retire, remaining CFO into the first quarter of 2027 and then serving in an advisory role during the transition. Before PubMatic he was CFO of Aggregate Knowledge, CFO and VP of Operations of Kodak Gallery (Ofoto), and CFO of SkyPilot Network, and earlier held senior finance and operations roles at Blockbuster and Cadbury Schweppes. He holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mukul Kumar is one of PubMatic's co-founders and has served as President, Engineering since March 2019, previously holding roles including Senior Vice President of Engineering and Founding Engineer since the company's 2006 founding. Before co-founding PubMatic he was Director of Engineering at PANTA Systems and at Veritas (India) Limited. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and resides in Pune, India.

Paulina Klimenko has served as PubMatic's Chief Growth Officer since February 2021, having joined the company in 2011 and held roles including Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development and General Manager of Mobile. Earlier in her career she worked at eBay, PayPal, and Yahoo!'s Bluelithium advertising network. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Finance and International Relations from the Finance Academy of Moscow and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Andrew Woods has served as PubMatic's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since August 2022, overseeing risk management, global privacy, corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters. He previously served as Director & Associate General Counsel at Twitter from March 2015 to August 2022 and as Corporate Counsel at the demand-side platform Turn, Inc. He holds a J.D. from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in History from UCLA.
