Charlotte M. Rasche joined Prosperity as Executive Vice President in the legal department on March 1, 2012 and became General Counsel of the Company and the Bank on April 21, 2012. Before joining the Company she was a partner at Bracewell LLP, where she had practiced since 1997, focusing on commercial banking regulatory and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and Exchange Act compliance. She holds a B.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University, an M.S. from Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a former board member of the Texas Bankers Association.
