Board & leadership
Mr. Courtemanche is the founder of the Company and has served on the Board since January 2002, currently as Chair of the Board. He served as Procore's CEO from January 2002 to November 2025 and as President from November 2019 to November 2025 (and previously from January 2002 to May 2004), resigning both roles on November 10, 2025 upon the appointment of Ajei S. Gopal. From 1996 to 2001 he was founder and CEO of Webcage, a software consulting firm, and from 1993 to 1996 he was a software engineer at Skip Steveley & Associates.
Since June 2018, Ms. Bueker has served as Chief Financial Officer of HubSpot, Inc., a customer relationship management platform company. Prior to HubSpot she spent 11 years in financial leadership roles at Akamai Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Operations, and earlier spent almost a decade in investment banking at The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from MIT.
From January 2002 until its acquisition by Oracle in December 2004, Ms. Caldwell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at PeopleSoft, Inc., and earlier spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard in senior management positions. She currently serves on the board of Equinix, Inc., and previously served on the boards of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Citrix Systems, Donnelley Financial Solutions, and Talend SA. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Queen's University, Kingston, Canada.
Since January 2013, Mr. Griffith has served as a Partner at ICONIQ Capital, where he founded ICONIQ Growth and IPI, and from August 2003 to December 2011 he was a General Partner at Technology Crossover Ventures. He currently serves on the boards of ServiceTitan, Inc. and Netskope, and previously served on the board of BlackLine, Inc. He holds A.B. degrees in Engineering and History from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Misra is the RKS Family Professor of Computer Science and Vice Dean of Computing and Artificial Intelligence at Columbia University, where he has been a Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering since 2016 and Vice Dean since January 2024. He founded Ask Here First, Inc. in January 2021 and served as CTO (2012-2014) and CEO (2011-2012) of Infinio Systems Inc. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Bombay and an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Mr. Smith has served as Procore's lead independent director since January 2023 (and previously May 2021 to December 2021). He was interim CEO of Splunk Inc. from November 2021 to April 2022, Executive Vice President of Salesforce (Aug 2014-Jun 2015) and CFO of Salesforce (Mar 2008-Aug 2014), and CFO of Advent Software (2003-2007). He currently serves on the boards of Axon Enterprise and GoDaddy, and holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol.
Ms. Steele served as Procore's lead independent director from December 2021 to December 2022. She was CEO of Namely, Inc. (2018-2019), held various executive roles at Jive Software including President and CEO (2015-2017), and was Chief Marketing Officer at Microsoft's Consumer Applications and Services and at Skype, and earlier EVP and CMO at Yahoo! She currently serves on the boards of JFrog, Bumble, and Nextdoor Holdings, and holds a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
Since 2018, Ms. Chapple has served as a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Corporation, most recently leading or supporting the Commercial Solutions Areas and Worldwide Sales and Solutions organization since September 2024, and previously holding CVP roles for Azure Core, Azure Compute, and Windows Server. She joined Microsoft in 1998 as a Program Manager and holds a B.A.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University.
Dr. Gopal has served as Procore's CEO since November 2025 and as a Board member since September 2025 (CEO Designate from September to November 2025). From January 2017 to July 2025 he was President and CEO of Ansys, Inc., and earlier was an operating partner at Silver Lake (seconded as interim President and COO to Symantec in 2016), SVP/GM of HP Software, EVP/GM at CA Technologies, and EVP and CTO at Symantec. He currently serves on the board of Fiserv, Inc., and holds a B.Tech. from IIT Bombay and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University.
Mr. Hovsepian has served on Procore's board since December 2025. He is Executive Chairman and CEO of Skillsoft Corporation (since April 2024), was President and CEO of Indigo Ag (2020-2024), an Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering (2018-2021), President and CEO of Intralinks Holdings (2011-2017), and President and CEO of Novell, Inc. (2006-2011). He previously chaired the board of Ansys, Inc. and holds a B.S. from Boston College.
Since June 2018, Mr. O'Connor has served as a Partner at ScOp Venture Capital. He was CEO of Graphiq from May 2009 until its acquisition by Amazon.com in May 2017 (managing integration through May 2018), and CEO of DoubleClick from January 1996 to August 2000, after various executive roles at Digital Communications Associates and InterComputer Communications Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Mr. Fu served as Procore's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from May 2023 to March 2026, and as Senior Vice President, Finance from February 2021 to May 2023. From October 2015 to February 2021 he was Vice President of FP&A at DocuSign, Inc., and earlier held positions at LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Visa. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley, an M.B.A. in Finance from Yale University, and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
Mr. Singer has served as Procore's Chief Legal Officer since April 2019 and as Corporate Secretary since June 2019. From November 2014 to April 2019 he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Blue Apron Holdings, Inc., and earlier held various legal roles at Gilt Groupe and was an associate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. He holds B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Indiana University and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
Mr. Stack served as Procore's Chief Revenue Officer from February 2024 to March 2026. From April 2018 to February 2024 he was EVP, Chief Revenue Officer, Global Sales and Services at Red Hat, Inc., and earlier held senior revenue and sales roles at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as executive sales roles at Accenture, Electronic Data Systems, and Fujitsu General America. He holds a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Davis has served as Procore's President, Product and Technology since August 2022. From December 2020 to August 2022 he was Chief Technology Officer at Babylon Healthcare, PLLC, and from December 2015 to December 2020 he held leadership roles at Expedia Group, Inc., including SVP positions. He joined Expedia through its acquisition of HomeAway, Inc., where he served in technology executive roles from January 2007 until the 2015 acquisition.
Ms. Pyles has served as Procore's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since April 2026 (CFO Designate in March 2026). From February 2024 to July 2025 she was CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance at Ansys, Inc., and previously Vice President, Strategic Finance at Ansys (2023-2024), and Senior Vice President of Finance at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) from July 2019 to April 2023. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
Mr. Hearn has served as Procore's Chief Revenue Officer since April 2026 (CRO Designate in March 2026). From July 2025 to March 2026 he was Senior Vice President, Simulation and Analysis, Global Sales and Customer Excellence at Synopsys, Inc., following its acquisition of Ansys. He joined Ansys in 2007 and held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence (February 2023 to July 2025).
