Elisa A. Steele served as Procore's lead independent director from December 2021 to December 2022. She was CEO of Namely, Inc., a human resources software company, from August 2018 to August 2019, and held various executive positions at Jive Software, Inc. from January 2014 to July 2017, including President and CEO from February 2015 to July 2017.
Earlier, Ms. Steele was Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Consumer Applications and Services at Microsoft Corporation (August-December 2013), Chief Marketing Officer of Skype (July 2012-August 2013), and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Yahoo! Inc. She currently serves on the boards of JFrog Ltd., Bumble Inc., and Nextdoor Holdings, Inc., and previously served on the boards of Amplitude Inc. (2021-2025), Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (2018-2021), Splunk Inc. (2017-2024), Namely, and Jive. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
