Scott A. Crum has served as MSCI's Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2014, responsible for the firm's talent strategy, human resources capabilities and culture.
Before MSCI he was global head of human resources for four publicly traded companies, including SVP of HR and Chief People Officer at Avon Products (2012-2013), SVP and Chief People Officer at Motorola Mobility Holdings (2010-2012), SVP and Director of HR at ITT Corporation (2002-2010) and SVP of Administration and Employee Resources at General Instrument Corp. (1997-2000). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
