Rajat Taneja has served as an MSCI director since 2021 and sits on the Audit Committee.
He is President of Technology for Visa Inc. (since 2019), having joined Visa in 2013 as EVP of Technology and Operations; earlier he was EVP and CTO of Electronic Arts (2011-2013) and held various roles at Microsoft from 1996 to 2011, including Corporate Vice President, Commerce Division. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and an M.B.A. from Washington State University.
