June Yang has served as an MSCI director since December 2024 and sits on the Audit Committee.
She was Vice President, Cloud AI and Industry Solutions at Google Cloud (2021-2023) and VP and GM of Google Compute, AI Infrastructure and Block Storage (2019-2021), and earlier held engineering and product management roles at VMware. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Caltech, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Management from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
