Michelle Jarrard is a former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, where over a 25-year career she held multiple senior leadership roles, including Global Chief HR and Talent Officer from 2007 until her retirement in January 2016. She was a member of McKinsey's Global Operating Committee, with responsibilities spanning people strategy, talent acquisition and development, learning, partner compensation and evaluation, diversity, and HR analytics.
She currently serves as CEO of and a director of BioCircuit Technologies, an early-stage medical device company in neuromodulation and nerve repair, and from January 2016 to August 2018 was a Managing Director of the GRA Venture Fund, LLC. Ms. Jarrard has been a director of Lazard since January 2017.
She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
