Tracy A. Embree is the retired President of Otis Americas at Otis Worldwide Corporation (2023-2025) and was elected an independent director of Kirby on February 16, 2026 to fill a newly created Class I director vacancy. She has over 23 years of experience in power generation and commercial and industrial markets, most of it at Cummins, Inc.
At Cummins she served in various operations, product development, distribution, and manufacturing roles, including President of the Distribution Business and President of the Components Business. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
