David W. Grzebinski has served as Chief Executive Officer of Kirby Corporation since April 2024 and has been a director since 2014. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2014 to April 2024, and as Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2014, after joining the Company in 2010.
He has primary responsibility for the business and strategic direction of the Company and has overall knowledge of its operations, customers, financial condition, and strategic planning. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Tulane University.
