Christian G. O'Neil has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kirby Corporation since April 2024, responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the marine transportation and distribution and services segments. He has been President of Kirby Inland Marine and Kirby Offshore Marine since January 2018 and joined the Company through the merger of Hollywood Marine into the predecessor of Kirby Inland Marine.
Over his career at Kirby he has held a series of commercial, sales, human resources, and operating leadership roles. He holds a BA from Southern Methodist University, a doctorate of jurisprudence from Tulane University, and an MBA from Rice University.
