Barry E. Davis is Chairman of Pattern Energy Group LP and the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream, LLC. He has served as an independent director of Kirby since 2015 and chairs its Compensation Committee.
He has more than 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including as Chairman, CEO and President of Crosstex Energy from 1996 until EnLink Midstream was formed in 2014 through the combination of Crosstex Energy and substantially all of the U.S. midstream assets of Devon Energy. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
