Mr. Douglas currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of PolyNovo Limited (ASX: PNV), a medical technology company based in Melbourne, Australia. From 2024 to 2026, he served on the Board of Directors of XCMR. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors of EvoNexus, a non-profit technology incubator.

Mr. Douglas has an M.B.A. from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical with 1st Class Honors, and a Bachelor of Science, Computer Sciences from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
