She previously held executive roles at Bath & Body Works, where she was Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, and at L Brands as Senior Vice President of Enterprise & Supply Chain Applications, bringing deep expertise in digital transformation, omni-channel strategy, and cybersecurity governance.

Axelrod has over 35 years of executive leadership experience in specialty retail, home furnishings, and consumer goods, including serving as Chief Executive Officer & Chair of Linens 'n Things from 1988 to 2006. He previously served as Senior Vice President & General Merchandise Manager at Bloomingdale's and has chaired the boards of 99 Cents Only Stores LLC, GNC Holdings, National Bedding Company, and Simmons Company, in addition to serving as Lead Director of Floor & Decor.

Giles brings over three decades of financial leadership in retail and consumer products, having served as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Finance, IT & Store Development at AutoZone, Inc. from 2006 to 2021. A Certified Public Accountant, he previously served as Executive Vice President & CFO of Linens 'n Things and currently sits on the boards of Brinker International (Chair of Audit Committee) and Constellation Brands. He chairs the Floor & Decor Audit Committee.

James has over 25 years of leadership experience in retail and travel, and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement & Loyalty at Delta Air Lines and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Vacations, responsible for the SkyMiles loyalty program and strategic partnerships. He previously held executive roles at The Home Depot in Strategy & Business Development and serves on the boards of Wheels Up Experience Inc. and Virgin Red Ltd.

Kersey has over 25 years of leadership experience in human capital management across retail and food service, and currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Tractor Supply Company. She previously served as Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer for McDonald's USA and held multiple Senior Vice President roles at Walmart Inc., including SVP & Chief HR Officer for U.S. Stores. She chairs the Floor & Decor Compensation Committee.

Marshall has over 20 years of experience in homebuilding operations, strategic growth, and financial management, and serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of PulteGroup, Inc., one of the nation's largest homebuilders, a role he has held since 2016. A Certified Public Accountant, he is recognized for driving PulteGroup's strategic shift toward profitability and serves as 2025 Board Chair of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Thornton has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in retail, grocery, and specialty sectors, holding CEO, CFO, and COO roles at multi-billion-dollar companies including Chair of the Board and Interim CEO of 99 Cents Only Stores and CFO & EVP of Albertsons, Inc. She previously served as Co-CEO, President & COO of DeMoulas Super Markets (Market Basket) and CEO of Knowledge Universe U.S., and has served on the boards of Pactiv Evergreen, Nordstrom, and the Ares Acquisition Corp. SPACs. She chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

West is the Founder of Floor & Decor Holdings, with over 40 years of entrepreneurial and executive leadership experience in retail, building materials, hospitality, advertising, and real estate development. He guided Floor & Decor from a single store in Atlanta to a national specialty retailer with over 200 locations and a successful IPO in 2017, and has pursued ventures including a multistate billboard company and the Mountain & Marsh Hospitality Group.

Young has over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate operations, investment management, and strategic growth, including senior roles at Sun Communities, Invitation Homes, and Goldman Sachs. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sun Communities, Inc., a publicly traded REIT, and previously served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Invitation Homes Inc. He serves on the Stanford University Board of Trustees.

Paulsen has more than two decades of executive leadership across retail, distribution, and supply chain management, and became CEO of Floor & Decor Holdings in 2025 after serving as President earlier that year. He previously served as CEO of North America for Rentokil Initial plc, CEO of Rexel USA, and Chief Operating Officer and other leadership roles at HD Supply. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Taylor has over 40 years of leadership experience in retail and home improvement and became Executive Chair in 2025 after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Floor & Decor from 2012 to 2025, guiding the company's 2017 IPO. He began his career at age 16 at a Miami Home Depot store and rose to Executive Vice President of Operations and then Merchandising & Marketing at The Home Depot, and later served as a Managing Director at Sun Capital Partners. He has served on the board of National Vision Holdings.
