Richard J. Tobin is Dover's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and has been a director since 2016. He previously served as CEO of CNH Industrial NV, Group Chief Operating Officer of Fiat Industrial S.p.A, and President, CEO and earlier CFO of CNH Global NV, and held the roles of Chief Finance Officer & Head of Information Technology and Chief Operating Officer for North America at SGS Group. He brings extensive experience in international finance, operations, management, and global capital markets, and was previously an officer in the United States Army. He also serves as a director of KeyCorp.

Deborah L. DeHaas is CEO of the Corporate Leadership Center, a non-profit executive leadership development organization, and previously served as Vice Chairman and National Managing Partner of the Center for Board Effectiveness at Deloitte, where she also held roles including Vice Chairman and Chief Inclusion Officer. A certified public accountant with nearly 40 years of experience at major audit, assurance and consulting firms, she has extensive expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance. She is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee at CF Industries Holdings, Inc., and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She holds a bachelor's degree in management science and accounting from Duke University.

H. John Gilbertson, Jr. is a retired Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he served as Partner-in-Charge of Midwest Region Investment Banking Services, and he has nearly four decades of experience in the professional and financial services industry. His earlier roles include Managing Director at Travelers Group Inc. and positions in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and corporate strategy at Bain & Company. He brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, financial risk oversight, and capital allocation. He is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Meijer, Inc. and holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University.

Kristiane C. Graham is a private investor who co-manages the Graham Foundation and Graham family investments and holds substantial holdings of Dover stock. She previously worked with a commercial bank primarily as a loan officer and founded and operated an advisory company and a publication regarding international thoroughbred racing. As a member of one of the founding families of Dover, she brings to the Board a sense of Dover's historical values, culture, and strategic vision, along with insights on talent, leadership, and management succession. She serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity International and the U.S. Council of HFHI, as well as several other community and educational organizations.

Marc A. Howze spent more than two decades at Deere & Company, most recently as Senior Advisor in the Office of the Chairman, and previously as Group President, Lifecycle Solutions and Chief Administrative Officer, and earlier as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He brings broad knowledge of global manufacturing, supply chain and aftermarket operations, along with experience in succession planning, executive compensation, and corporate governance. He previously served in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of major. He is a director of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., and holds degrees from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, the University of Michigan Law School, and the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Michael Manley is Chief Executive Officer of AutoNation, Inc., the largest automotive retailer in the United States. He previously served as head of Americas and a member of the Group Executive Council for Stellantis N.V., and as Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., a predecessor to Stellantis, as well as CEO of the Jeep and Ram brands. He brings extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chains, multi-national business management, capital markets, and M&A. He holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Southbank University.

Danita K. Ostling is a former partner and senior leader at Ernst & Young LLP, serving in various leadership roles from 1999 until her retirement in 2021, including Professional Practice Director for the U.S. East Region and Americas IFRS Technical Leader. She earlier served as Vice President, Corporate Accounting Policy and Advisory Group at Citigroup, Inc. A certified public accountant, she brings extensive expertise in accounting and auditing, risk management and compliance, and ESG reporting. She is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Circle Internet Group, Inc. and a director and Audit Committee member of nVent Electric plc, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Eric A. Spiegel is a Special Advisor at Brighton Park Capital, a private equity firm, and is the former President and CEO of Siemens USA, where he led strategic reviews across a portfolio of approximately 45 businesses with over $22 billion in revenue. He earlier spent decades as a global consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company focused on the energy, power, chemical and industrial sectors. He brings deep expertise in strategy development, corporate restructuring, portfolio management, M&A, and risk oversight including climate-related risks. He serves as a director and Risk Committee Chair of Liberty Mutual Holding Company, Inc., as Chair of Relatient, Inc., and a director of TeamBuilder LLC, and holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Keith E. Wandell has served as Dover's Lead Independent Director since the 2025 Annual Meeting and is the former Chairman and CEO of Harley-Davidson, Inc., where he led transformation efforts across product development, manufacturing and retail and an international expansion and restructuring plan. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Controls, Inc., among other senior roles there. With over 30 years of experience in diversified manufacturing, he brings perspective on growth, profitability, international expansion, executive leadership development, and corporate culture. He is a director of Dana Incorporated and holds a bachelor's degree from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Chris B. Woenker was promoted as of January 31, 2025 to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Dover. He succeeded Brad M. Cerepak, who retired as Senior Vice President & CFO on the same date. As CFO, he is a named executive officer of the Company.

Ivonne M. Cabrera serves as Dover's Senior Vice President & General Counsel and as Corporate Secretary. She is a named executive officer of the Company.

Girish Juneja serves as Dover's Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer, with responsibility for the Company's digital strategy and capabilities. He is a named executive officer of the Company.

Jeffrey C. Yehle joined Dover as of July 8, 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. He is a named executive officer of the Company.
