Richard J. Tobin is Dover's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, and has been a director since 2016. He previously served as CEO of CNH Industrial NV, Group Chief Operating Officer of Fiat Industrial S.p.A, and President, CEO and earlier CFO of CNH Global NV, and held the roles of Chief Finance Officer & Head of Information Technology and Chief Operating Officer for North America at SGS Group. He brings extensive experience in international finance, operations, management, and global capital markets, and was previously an officer in the United States Army. He also serves as a director of KeyCorp.
