Pilar Cruz is a director of Donaldson Company, serving since 2017, and is a member of the Audit Committee. She is Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of Cargill, Incorporated, a provider of food, agriculture, financial and industrial products and services, since 2024.
Cruz has held a progression of leadership roles at Cargill, including Chief Sustainability Officer (2021-2024); President, Cargill Aqua Nutrition (2019-2021); President, Cargill Feed and Nutrition (2017-2019); Corporate Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development (2015-2017); and positions of increasing responsibility at Cargill Meats Central America and Cargill Meats Europe (2011-2015). She brings expertise in corporate strategy, management and global leadership.
Cruz serves on the board of World Food Program USA, a non-profit organization. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia and an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
