Kevin Hogan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Corebridge Financial and signed the Company's 2025 special meeting proxy statement in that capacity. As of May 13, 2025, he beneficially owned 394,673 shares of Common Stock.

Elias Habayeb served as Chief Financial Officer of Corebridge Financial. On October 27, 2025 he notified the Company of his intention to resign to pursue another opportunity, remaining through a six-month transition period ending April 24, 2026, and on September 19, 2025 the Compensation and Management Development Committee had approved a special retention RSU award for him with a grant date value of $2,000,000. Christopher Filiaggi, age 44, has served as Corebridge Financial's Chief Accounting Officer since June 2023 and was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer effective April 24, 2026, succeeding Elias Habayeb while continuing to oversee the Company's financial reporting. He previously served as the Company's Senior Vice President and Controller from September 2022 to June 2023, joined American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in July 2019 and served as Controller for Life and Retirement at AIG from September 2021, and before that was a director in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
