Christopher Filiaggi has served as Corebridge Financial's Chief Accounting Officer since June 2023 and was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer effective April 24, 2026, succeeding Elias Habayeb while continuing to oversee the Company's financial reporting, including GAAP, statutory accounting and SOX compliance. He previously served as the Company's Senior Vice President and Controller from September 2022 to June 2023.
In connection with his appointment as Interim Chief Financial Officer, he received a special retention equity award of time-vested RSUs with a grant date value of $750,000 (vesting April 1, 2028) and an increase in his 2026 target short-term incentive to $800,000 from $400,000.
