Tomohiro Yao was elected to the Corebridge Financial Board of Directors effective October 23, 2025 as a designee of Nippon Life Insurance Company under the Nippon Life Stockholder's Agreement, and the Board determined that he qualifies as an independent director under NYSE standards. He was appointed to the Compensation and Management Development Committee and, effective April 21, 2026, to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Pursuant to the Stockholder's Agreement, he is not compensated by the Company for his Board service.
