Michael Dastoor has been an independent director of Columbus McKinnon since May 2021 and serves on the Audit Committee as an audit committee financial expert, having chaired the committee until July 2024. He brings senior executive leadership, governance experience and financial and accounting leadership for the engineering-services, electronics-manufacturing and automotive industries.
Mr. Dastoor has been Chief Executive Officer of Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL) since 2024, after serving as EVP and Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2024 and as Senior Vice President, Controller from 2010 to 2018, having joined Jabil in 2000. Before Jabil he was Regional Chief Financial Officer at Inchcape plc for seven years. He is a chartered accountant and holds finance and accounting degrees from the University of Mumbai.
