Kathryn V. Roedel has been an independent director of Columbus McKinnon since October 2017 and has served as Lead Independent Director since April 1, 2023; she is a member of the Human Capital, Compensation and Succession Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee. She contributes senior leadership, public-company governance and international supply-chain experience.
Ms. Roedel retired in 2016 as EVP, Chief Services and Fulfillment Officer of Sleep Number Corporation after 11 years there, holding roles including EVP, Products and Services and SVP, Global Supply Chain Officer, and earlier spent 22 years in VP and general-management operating roles at General Electric, including GE Healthcare and GE Information Services. She holds a mechanical engineering degree from Michigan State University.
